I've been looking for a Dussumeri tang for the past month. I made a purchase from 3to5 Aquatics and was screwed over by him. He sent me the wrong fish and refused to fix the mistake or refund the money.
So I continued my search and found that Zoa Collector had just updated their website saying they have some in stock. I immediately placed the order for an X-large Dussumeri tang plus a Moorish idol .
The owner contacted a couple hours later by phone to make sure I have a tank size large enough for him and I do. Just to show they care about their fish and not just sell their fishes for money.
I went and picked up the shipment this morning from UPS. I was very pleased when I opened the bags. The Duss is huge and gorgeous! A good 8 inches! The color is beautiful even with no light on. The Idol is also beautiful with long streamer. I can't say how happy I am to add the final fish on my wish list to my 600 gal fish only tank.
Also need to mention shipping cost to and from Hawaii is expensive and he actually only charged me $60 out of the actual $107 shipping cost. Thank you for a great buying experience and will definitely do business again in the future:)

Wow looks great in your tank!

Ya I was very happy with my purchase from them.....they shipped the fish with enough water to start a brand new tank....

Beautiful fish! Colin is one of the best! I have all but one, from my previous tank, from him. His fish are always top quality and you get what you pay for;)

Beautiful tang, Eric. Is he eating tho? No QT?

Not eating yet but he's swimming around and not hiding.
It's a new tank so I'm treating the whole tank with cupramine and praprizo. That's why I'm trying to add all the fishes on my list in the last month :)

Careful with Prazipro it can cause bacterial blooms. I try to only add it to the food. Although for external flukes its best to dose. Just keep an eye on general activeness while using.

Very nice collection of fishes. Just curious, how does the Pinnatus bat compete for food with all of those more faster swimmers.
I have always loved the majestic look of Pinnatus bat fish but thought they are better suited for a species only tank.

How is the new duss doing?

Unfortunately I lost it last month after it's been doing really well for over 3 months. I think as I add more fishes in the tank he got less food and couldn't compete with the faster and hungrier tangs :(
