Not a rainbow, it’s the captain America colors with a fatter tentacles. It’s the Sames hues as a white walker

I agree not a rainbow incinerator, but not a captain America as those are protopalythoa this resembles a regular zoa/paly, looks eerily similar to a rainbow troll but I am fairly certain it’s not a rainbow troll..

It’s not very bright the colors are dull. Someone mentions a Rainbow Rhino and that’s the closest I’ve found brightness wise

I have rainbow rhinos and the colors don’t match but the brightness definitely, so I think your right captain America colors and rainbow rhino level brightness ! Could be a new strain that’s free for you to name tbh, as long as you love it ! I’d love to get one after it grows out

It's nothing people have named so far and I don't recognize it as a named zoa. Likely what you have there is a Hawaiian people eater. They vary greatly in color and its not unusual to get ones that look like that. If you google image "hawaiian people eater zoa" and look at the 5th pic in you'll see one that resembles your guy. However, until he's fully matured and kicked out some more polyps it'll be tough to say 100%. I'lll add that its a nice looking zoa.

The PE designation tend to be slightly larger and 'paly-like' in appearance, I'm not sure about the mouth coloration. I'll add that naming conventions are incredibly arbitrary and maddeningly subjective.
