Zoanthid Food: What to broadcast feed?

I use reef roids and the cloudly stuff from frozen (zoas love it)

I feed my Zoanthids and all the other corals Reef Roids once a week. I’m less worried about what I feed the Zoanthids than I am about them taking over the tank!

As of now I use benepets 3 times a week and a few drops of phytofeast daily.

But I'm tempted to try reef roids As I hear a lot of good things.

Also if anyone else uses benepets do you also experience some larger chunks in the mixture that dont break down or takes a really long time to?
