Zoanthid getting too much light?

Tank size doesn’t matter you need proper lighting for corals my toadstool stretched as well until I raised my lights. I’m running 100% on blues with a similar light compared to AI, even that I feel isn’t enough for most lps.
As you can see this person is running about 20% across the board on all channels. You tell them to go 65% and not be specific on what channels to go up or down and they raise all channels to 65% they will be back wondering why there corals are getting fried.

Ai prime is not that strong to fry softies. He can easily ramp it up daily increasing his blues.

Brs has a really good video on YouTube about these lights. pay attention to the nano LPS setting. But don't go straight to these settings. Work your way towards them in about 3-5% increments every 2-3 days. Get the temp up to 78-80 and that salinity to 35.

Looking way better! Thank you

You need to ramp up the lights, at least around 65% and move those zoas in the lower part of the rocks.
I run red sea 170..... 34 gallon tank at 65% brs has a great video and I set it to their recommended levels

That is a picture of a toadstool leather coral.

Wait, I see the zoanthid next to it. Yes, too much light. They like lower light. Move it down.

Is there any evidence supporting this? Mine have always seemed content getting 200-300 PAR. The few times I've tried them in low light areas, they start to stretch.

Honestly I have no idea on par. I just know mine tend to do better on the bottom of tanks or even in shaded areas rather than higher up.
