someone who knows better than I will chime in im sure, but to me it does look like fission. most of the time zoas tend to reproduce via budding but they are known to replicate via fission, splitting its body to make a copy of itself.
 
I think they are just closing up a bit. Maybe needs something. Parameters are good? Have you had recent change?
I only have a nitrate test, it’s at 9 as of yesterday. I do a 10% water change every week. All the other corals in the tank have been stable.

I’ll report back to see if it completes the split or if it is just being weird to make conversation online.
