Zoanthid problems

I am having problems in my 30 gallon tank with my zoanthids. All of my frags have not been opening up for the last 2 weeks. However, I have noticed some microscopic black bugs crawling around them, could this be linked to the problem?

Could be parasitic arthropods. Hard to say but I'd dip them if you notice black bugs on them. They look irritated.

I don’t think I could dip them they are all glued to the rocks.

more flow,,you can see algae on the lower portion of stalks of the polyps,,more flow would be my starting point first..

If you see a bunch of black bugs on the colonies I'd find a way to dip them. Every polyp looks stressed.
