Hey guys.

I'll start out with my water parameters:

pH: 7.8 I am aware this is low, but that should not be the issue. Does baking soda raise it up?
Alk: 8.3
Calcium: 380
Mag: 750
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 3
Ammonia: 0

I am aware my calcium and magnesium are off, but those should not affect soft corals like zoanthids. My light should not be the issue. If it is, though, please tell me whether to raise or lower it. It is on 0% whites and 50% blues.

I use Red Sea Foundation and my Zoa’s have really took off. It takes time. I feed Reef Roids, Fuel and Rod’s Original.

I'm surprised no one answered this post a month ago.

What are your phosphates?
What light do you have?
Salinity?
What do you use for flow?

Whatever it is, you must be close. Some are fully open and most half open, that suggests the problem is slight. (possibly)
