Zoanthid spitting up guts?

Tonight I was looking at my reef tank and I saw that one of my zoanthids polyps was expanded around its body, and the other new polyps weren’t out. Can anyone tell me why it’s happening. Water parameters are fine and my other zoanthid is doing fine

I wouldn’t worry. They do this sometimes.
