How careful do I have to be with these guys. They are toxic, correct?

It depends on what you're doing with them tbh. If fragging them, watch plenty of videos and ask questions before you do. I always wear gloves when I'm fragging. If you're just moving them around your tank, just be careful. Nothing to be too worried about, imo!

Most likely not. Palytoxin poisoning is exceedingly rare in the hobby and not all palythoa species carry the toxin at all. Nearly every reef tank in the world has at least some zoas or palys in them, and yet the documented cases on palytoxin poisoning in the last 20 years can be counted on one or two hands. The problem is that identifying species you have is dang near impossible. It's best to treat any zoa or paly you add to your tank as potentially having the toxin. Wear gloves when handling and avoiding having them out of the water and doing things to tick them off while they are.

What you have there are most likely Palythoa mutuki which are currently believe to contain extremely low levels if any, of palytoxin. I have the same and was a bit worried when I got mine, so I did some research. I'd recommend this article written by a zoologist on the issue: https://reefs.com/2015/09/14/the-dangers-and-myths-of-zoa-toxicity-part-1/

It's a paly. I have them and call them Nuclear Greens. They usually have a name with "Nuclear", "Toxic Waste", "Radioactive", or something of that sort in them. I think I saw Aqua SD or WWC sell something similar so you might be able to check their website and see what they call it. Moderate grower for me and hardy.
