I have a colony of zoas recently acting funny. The mouth is protruding upward with very tiny skirts downwards. I wonder if anyone here knows what is happening. I did a water change and replaced my carbon. I hope I can save it. All my other zoas look normal. Anything else I should do? Thanks for any pointers!

Skirts down, mouths up, that's the way mine look when I'm feeding Reef Fuel and Reef Roids. It also depends on the Zoa or Paly. Some close up when I feed others do the extending of the mouth and skirts go down slightly. I hope this is all it is and you have nothing to worry about. A picture might help.

I posted about this and was told it could be too much light. But for the most part, everyone said it wasn't a problem.
