I was interested in people who have great success with zoanthids under kessil a160we's and pics would be nice also.

I used to run Kessils. Switched as I went sps dominant. Dual 160 and 4t5 on a 90. These are a mix of the 90 and after everything was transferred to 80 shallow.

@Crabs Mcjones is a Kessil user, not sure if he keeps zoas though.
I do in fact have zoanthids I've been keeping under kessils. I have one Rick that started out as 6 individual heads and it is now completely covered. And I recently started another rock with some pink panther zoas and some midnight blue sky zoanthids. Went from 4 pink Panthers to over a dozen in just a few months :) mine however were under the A160s big brother the Kessil AP700. But luckily zoas are soft low light corals so the a160s should do the job for you ;) my best advice is to start out at a low intensity and increase it by 5% a week until you find a sweet spot where everything looks happy. If you notice things starting to close up or get annoyed dial it back 10% and that should be your sweet spot :)
This is the first rock I did with some radioactive dragon eye and eagle eye zoas

And this is the one I'm currently working on with the pink Panthers and mid night blues

I have quite a few under my 360. They are doing excellent. Mostly bottom 1/3 of tank, 10" off the water ramping to 80%.

So-so pic of my frag rack from last month. They have grown a good bit since.

One Kessil a160we on 60 cube used to have 25 cube wanting to add another 160 or 360 but the single light is doing ok which is impressive when I’ve had someone tell me the 160 is weak and they only use them on their refugiums. The zoas are also on the sand bed never had a coral die with the 160

I’m not a zoa guy but back a year or so ago I purchased a couple plugs with 4 polyps each and they seem to grow fine under my 160’s.

What is your lighting schedule

Kessil's
10:00am 5% color 5% intensity
11:00am 55% 85%
1:00pm 60% 95%
3:00pm 60% 95%
7:00pm 30% 40%
9:00pm off

The T5's come on at 11:00 am and stay on until 5:00 pm. I also have some moonlights that come on 30 min before the lights shut off and stay on for a couple of hours ( just for my viewing pleasure corals really pop under the royal blues).
