This is growing fast and sitting the bottom of my tank on an empty shell.
First noticed it during blue night light with a glowing middle point.

Is this a Zoanthus Colony Polyp?
Should i move it?

Hi yes, probably some kind of palythoa. I would isolate it for now and see if it colors up. If you like it then keep it and if you don’t give it a new home at an LFS or with another reefer :)

Thanks you. It came on a very small snail shell which you can see underneath. Its spreading, so it likes this spot.

It’s common Paly known as green mouth button polyps

Thanks for the Id. It hitchhiker a ride into my tank was transported on a snail and you eyed for weeks with it. One day 5he snail stopped moving. I believe a hermit caused her demise. I decided to mount it and am now looking forward for it to spread.
