I cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your Fedex shipment to arrive late. I can hold corals for up to one month once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
Refund: Allow zoas to take 2 weeks to open, if not then please send me a clear photo of dead (or clearly melting) zoas. For other coral please send a clear photo of the dead coral INSIDE the container it was shipped with, unopened or tampered within 2 hours of delivery. We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. I will only refund shipping cost if EVERYTHING arrived dead and on time.
