4 of 4 frags died because it took 2 days for delivery to Texas from Georgia. An extra day in hot Texas warehoue. 3 of 4 bags had a foul odor when opened 15 minutes after delivery. Now he says its my water parameters, because his are PERFECT. He is hiding behind the 2 hour DOA policy. No refund, Out $400, no live coral because of shipping delays, which he will not take responsibility for. 0 out of 5 for this PERFECT person.

You never sent pictures of coral inside sealed bag. 2 hr DOA clearly states pictures/video within 2 hrs of delivery. I clearly asked you múltiple times to send me pictures as soon you opened box to see if coral arrived dead. I clearly told you over the phone i would refund full amount or send to you exact same zoas as soon as you provided me with pictures of coral inside sealed bags. My responsibility is to get coral to you alive once in your system its your responsibility to keep it alive. You didn't give me the chance to make things right! You expected a full refund without even providing pictures or videos of coral inside sealed bag. I told you múltiple times to send me pictures. I have sent more then 100 boxes before and your the first person whos coral didn't make it according to you but couldn't provide pictures or video. And then you soon as you get on phone you start cursing me out. You failed to do what the policy states!
