Zoas curling down?

Hey

I have 2 frag plugs of zoas in my tank, both seem to be taking different shapes.

My orange ones look fairly normal, flattened out etc. However my rastas seem to have the edges curl down?

Both zoas come put daily and look fine other than the shape.

Both are just above the sandbed under a 32hd hydra.

Any advice would be appreciated

Assure not too much water flow and that salinity and phosphate/nitrate not elevated

It's probably In low to moderate flow. Salinity is 1.025
Nitrate between 5-10
Phos is 0.03

Would putting it in lower light help?

You'll see different skirt patterns on different zoathid and paly corals.
Also they will fold around the terrain underneath them as well.
If they were stretching out and reaching up for the light or closing up I'd be more concerned.
Yours are looking good. Wait for the babies to insure ur doing good. Lol.

You can try that as often zoa respond well to lower light

Your doing good. Give it time don’t mess with it.
