Everyone else is doing great what is going on?

Blow them off with gentle blasts from a turkey baster ib case mulm is stuck on them. Increase water flow slightly and addition of reef iodine generally perks them up.
Water quality has an effect also. Test your : ammonia, nitrate, ph and Phos levels to assure theyre not elevated.
Lastly, lift plug if you can safely, look underneath for any signs of eggs or little tiny tiny bugs which a dip may have no effect on

she already dipped twice.
increasing water flow could adversely affect the others that are doing fine around those two?
my nitrate levels are 40/60
phos .9/1.2

and not to say I haven't had complete frag melt downs.
no rhyme or reason with zoas.

I realize that. Never said to dip again but to inspect the bottom of plug. I had similar and found 40+ little black bugs under plug in which dip had NO effect on.
Water flow increase is slight- we're talking 5% or so. IF you look at water surface , there is a film that indicates a possible issue with flow and/or circulation
Nitrate and phos elevated is ok in an established tank. This is a faily new tank we're talking about. Suggestion is to test and Assure their not sky high as tank is newer and is subject to such.

Here is low nitrates effect on a tank:

yea, you did say to dip, but you have since edited your post.
nice tank.

Had a professional water test yesterday everything is great nitrite and aminonia is perfect ...Nitrate was around 15ppm one is 2 weeks on right and left is 4weeks old they were taking off growing I do feed them and supplement the tank yes tank is new like 2 months old but everyone in my tank in very happy and growing also did a 40% water change.

Sounds great, your off to a good start, welcome to R2R and hope to see more

I keep it at .023
A bit low, and if you add on to that the hydrometer may be off a bit, well, you get my drift. I’ve got it in the back of my head that Zoas are particularly susceptible to the effects of long term low salinity. 1.026 is where you want to be in my opinion.

What about my other corals if I raise could I damage them trying to please the zoas or would they maybe like it higher too?

How long have they been annoyed?

Honestly after 2 dips, and a third FW dip, I'd say give them at least 2 days to settle back down?

We don't know per se if anything was going on to tick them off to begin with? We have no idea what they looked like before the dips, to me they look normal now, just slightly irritated.

Zoa's can close temporarily for all kinds of reasons.

They were completely open in the pic my blue light is on so it’s not great but you can see the green ones are fully open and if you look closely the blue ones on the right are kinda closed kinda open. this was About a week ago. first the blue ones on the right closed. So I dipped the blue ones waited about 3 days. then the green ones closed one by one. Then dipped again. Did just added a little flow Like suggested and I see one or two polyps coming back and less shriveled
