Zoas @ LED

I'm setting up a 40b zoa tank and was wondering anyone have any experience and advice about LEDs and Zoas. I had some of those chinese 3w leds over my last tank (20L) and they washed out the colors of the zoas.

I have a 120W LED on my 50g and Zoas look ok.

I do a 2:1 blue: white mix on dimmable drivers, and man they look good.

I have been using an Orphek Par 38 bulb. The color is... good. It's not like my old T-5s (Tek-light). I also burned them a bit by having it too close to the surface of the water (I started it at about 10 inches, but have since moved it higher)...

I have a 120w led fixture over my 40g breeder and colors look great. Mine are the 1w leds and they do the job plenty good. I can grow acros and monties on the bottom of the tank. I too have a 2:1 white to blue ratio and have had excellent results with just about everything I have put in the tank.
