Zoas look like they are shrinking

I just got a little piece of coralline covered live rock from a friend and it has some Zola frags on it. Day 1 they all pulled their heads in and shrunk. Day 2 one of the zoas head opened up while the other cluster stayed closed. Now I’m on day three and still no change. Is this normal when adding new corals? I really just wanted the coralline off the live rock and thought the zoas were an added bonus so I’d really like to keep them alive

Leave them be. I've had newly introduced zoas not open for 2 weeks. I was sweating bullets the whole time but tried to stay patient.
