I have a 30 gallon bare bottom. Frag tank some of my zoas have been closed for about a week. I can still see color but they won't open. Any suggestions?

Do you see any type of hitchhikers? worms, nudibranch,if new to tank the lighting could be too strong you may need to acclimate them properly and allow to distress. say someone was running (x)watt MH lights then you switch to a 95W LED lighting system compeletely different.

I have had all the corals for about 6-8 months and I just started noticing it. My big colony of AOG's has about 70 heads but only 10 are open. Some others have been closed for a couple weeks. Should I put them in the shaded areas?

what's your lighting? I would dim the whites to as low as possible.
