Zoas on glass

Hello, I have few Bam Bam polyps on the glass and I would like to remove it and put it on a frag. I just use a razor blade , gloves and cut the stems then glue it on the frag? Thanks!

I would use the razor and remove from the glass, leave plenty of stalk as it will be easier to frag.
