It's basically the same as shipping internally but its at my risk you would ship them exactly the same way just with a longer heat pack they are not cites protected so there's not usually any customs issues and if there are then it would be at my end and be my problem

I have a few times. It's a gamble for the receiver. The last shipment I sent of 25 frags got held up for 2 days but that's the first time that happened. Some survived but some didn't.
