Zoas pooping?

Sounds like they're spitting out zooxanthellae. Likely too much light id guess
 
It happens naturally, the corals are acclimating themselves, nothing to worry about. If anything just increase the flow so the "poop" can be released from the polyps.

My zoas havnt been doing good for awhile just now there letting out brown stuff from mouths?
 
Mine been closed for a while and just started pooping, were they closed because they were pushing to get the poop out? lol

Is this so? I see LPS and zoas doing this on a regular basis. I have always thought it is "poop" wast. What goes in must come out. These guys are constantly filtering out particulates in the water. Never heard it to be zooxanthellae.
