Hello, everyone! I am here with an...unexpected change to one of my lower end zoas. I have had my green skirted orange centered polyps for a very long time, and I was surprised when one morphed to a color I do not have currently. One would think it was because of being near dragon eyes, but I believe it was due to my pot coral, because of the fact I do not have any. What do you guys think?

P.S.-
The zoa all the way in the front I just got from Bob in Milford's main tank--great guy. Anyway, I say this because the transformation happened more than 3 days ago, so this was not the culprit, but it is pretty cool:

Not at full color yet but hope it doesn't melt!

Oh? How long does it stay? See, I haven't had many corals morph...

Only God knows.
If you remove from close to the Goniopora it could come back to normal, or not. It could darken a bit but stay different...

Grandis.

your midas zoas started to brown out because of over light exposure , which affects the zooxanthellae turning them brown instead of the "color" it was showing they are a deeper water polyp, I see that you had midas / spongebobs on that plug so I would guess its a frag from aquaculture in fiji , those are about 15- 30 ft deep when growing
