Hey all!
I got 5 different varieties of zoas/palys right now. They’re all attached to a big rock, and each colony is at least 15 heads. Anyhoo, the nirvana zoas and pandora’s box palys aren’t happy. They only seem to get half open everyday. All the other zoas and corals are A ok. I want to dip the rock just to be sure there are no weird bugs or parasites. Should I use an iodine dip or coralRx? The rock will be going back into my dt, so it almost seems risky to dip. Any thoughts? Thanks!

recent change?
how long in your tank?
were they ever happy?
Had the tank about 3 years. Nitrate recently went down due to adding a refugium. That could be it, but the other corals are fine and they were a tad upset before the fuge. They were very happy for quite sometime until this past week.

doubt it's pests.
probably the lower nitrates.
i run high nitrates and my pandoras and nirvanas grow out of control.
my experience, no way to make everything happy all the time.

Do you think they’ll do better as they adapt to the new water?
