I have these things growing out of my zoas and starting to see some grow around my tank. Does anyone know what they are? If they’re good or bad? Keep or get rid of them?

Looks to be aiptasia they can be a pain they reproduce extremely fast. I would find a solution there are many options and try and eliminate them.

Yep, aiptasia. Bad for sure.
Many options to deal with them. Best to act before they get out of hand.
Besides berghia nudibranches, I have the best luck with F-Aiptasia from Frank's Tanks.

Yes that is Aiptasia, a pest anemone. They will sting nearby corals and reproduce very quickly. I’ve gotten rid of them from a few different tanks with peppermint shrimp, some of them like to eat Aiptasia some of them don’t, depends on how lucky you get.
