Zoe’s not Growing or Spreading..

My Zoe Frags, are alive but no additional growth. Was told it’s because my Nitrates are too low, at Zero or close to zero. I ordered some Brightwell NeoNitro and just started my first dose. I’m testing with the API Kit, what would be recommended for a cross check? Also my Phosphates are at Zero, do I need to add Phosphate too? I’d rather be on the side of caution, and not turn my Tank into Chemistry experiment.

First I would invest in the Hanna for those 2 test kits. Then I would dose or feed what is needed.
