How old is the tank ?? Is that a snail in the first picture? On the frag rock the red piece ??

Zoas can be a pain when they are put into a new tank, sometimes they open up in 15 mins sometimes it takes over a week. I dont see any fuzz on them, so I would just stay the course and give them time.

So they were in the tank over a month and opened before they just never seemed happy then one day they closed up all other zoas doing good

Do you have any idea how much light you are getting on the sand bed like PAR measurement? Zoas can typically take a ton of light and arent that picky, but sometimes you run into one that doesnt like that much light.

That snail could have been Collinista snail = good. Or Sundial snail = bad. They eat zoa's
