zoo lighting help

i have 2 250 watt mh lights hanging over my 120 only have zoos and acans in tank how long should i run the lights for?oh:

I had a 90 gallon with the same setup. I only ran my MH's for 7 hours a day. I also kept SPS. Some people run them longer and shorter. I also had VHO actinics I turned on 1 hour before the MH's and I shut them off 1 hour after. That gave me alittle extra veiwing time, and see cool coloring effects. Hope that helps!

Id try between 6-8 hours. See what your corals like. Just keep an eye and play it by ear.
