Zoomed Frag Tank Defective

Hey guys, I recently purchased a zoomed frag tank from an LFS, over the past week or so I built a stand for the tank but it would not sit flat on the stand. Next I built another stand, same issue and remeasured and built it again. When building these stands I made sure everything was square, true and plumb and could not figure out for the life of me why the tank was not sitting flat. Ultimately, I decided to turn the tank over and check the bottom Frame and found what appears to be a high spot In the middle. (See attatched pics). This tank is not safe to use right? Or am I mistaken? Will zoo med make this right? I’m a extremely upset by this. Please keep in mind this tank has not yet seen water.

Last year I bought a lowboy and was unhappy with the silicone job. Lots of silicone fingerprints on the tank and inconsistent thickness on the corners. I had the LFS send it back and got it replaced without issue.

Maybe I’ll go this route, I’d like to see what zoo med customer service says first. Hopefully somone makes this right!

Are you sure your ruler is truly straight?
As wouldnt a good quality metal spirit level be best to use if level?
Disregard if ruler has spirit level or you used spirit level before.

Yeah your right I checked it with a level too though
