zooxanthellae? Or not zooxanthellae?

Odd thing happening and can't seem to find much searching around. My leprechaun frag has been closed up for a few days now, the day before it was closed it was expelling zooxanthellea it looked like. Fast forward 4 days and it's been closed with multiple brown zooxanthellea looking algae coming out the polyp? Looks more like an algae but the polyp itself is still plump and happy, and the baby polyp on the side is still open and growing. Didn't know if you'd have any thoughts?

It's coming right out the mouth of the polyp, not sure it's even algae, seeing if anyone else had a clue. could try plucking it or peroxide dip if it actually is algae.

That was my initial thought, dropped it to even lower par, will let it sit there for a good week atleast
