Zooxenthellae peak photosynthesis times

Doing some research, trying to figure out why growth in my tank is so slow, when I came across this comment about peak times for zooxanthellae photosynthesis:

What were your findings with your technical research? Care to pass along any tips for Rastas? I started with 5 and I'm still at 5...after four months. Happy to help! Okay were is what I found out. #1 T5 is the best for replicating the sun. It is what they use in tanning beds. #2 T5 ATI True...

Does anybody know if this is backed up by research or if there are sources on this?

My lights turn on at 2 PM and go off at 10 PM as it saves on electricity, and allows me to enjoy the tank when I'm home. Maybe this is a part of my issue...

I run 12 hours total, led bar comes on an hour before and off an hour after and main lights are 10 hours. Tank is a year and a half old

Bought all coral as frags of 5 to 10 polups and acros mauve 3 inches at most except giant green on in top. Its all about the poop man. Fish makes poop coral eats poop lol. I dunno I leave my stuff alone and top off trace elements sparingly
