This whole notification glitch on R2R is really starting to bug me. If you follow a thread, you should get notifications that someone posted! It’s basic stuff on the backend to correct.

I’m going all day thinking I’m up to date on my friends threads and then I wonder, hmmm, it’s been over a day. Go look, 5 pages…

This is a key feature of R2R - especially if you’re following a thread where you’re looking for help or information.

Ok, done ranting. Clearly the no sleep last night has caught up with me and I should just dive into the sandbed like The Puppy; cause I’m whiny.

Not sure why they fall off, but occasionally we lose threads.

Yeah, I can find the threads easily enough; but the thread notification misses are happening daily. It shouldn’t be a FTE, to find everything. I need to put a ticket into the service desk - lol!

Something I figured out with notifications is you only keep getting them if you haven’t “ignored” the last one.

I’ve started scrolling back a bit to make sure I don’t have any I didn’t click and it happens much less often.
