hey reef devils, I been away for a while and I know everyone here has for sure given you great advice, I don't have time to play 50 pages read catch up...can you tell me in short whats the issue, so I may offer some fixes...

Nem got shredded. He was wanting to know if he should pull out filter media and replace. Also to do another water change.
