I really lucked out because there are like two other LFS within a 30-45 minute drive and both suck. Dylan's store is literally 4 blocks away, no freeway needed. If he wasn't there, I would have to drive over hour to a good one and likely couldn't afford water change service due to travel cost.

@Calmwaters , in my 19 years of reefing I can’t recall aptasia multiplying that rapidly or being on my glass, plastic and rock yes. I really can’t make out anything in your pictures but I have seen dozens of pictures of hydroids on glass, google those and see if they are a match.

It does look exactly like pictures of that! From what I have read the filefish will eat them as well and the Peppermint shrimp.

It does look exactly like pictures of that! From what I have read the filefish will eat them as well and the Peppermint shrimp.

Hydroids was going to be my guess but it was difficult with the pictures.

You could. It is hard to transition into the regular world, but it can be done. I still don't carry things in my right hand and some other subtle things.

I will take photos tomorrow. no but travelling oversea for work. Last year went once to US and 3 times to Canada. I should have go to Canada again next month but it has been change to UK.
