00W's AIO Smorgasbord

I’ve never had it on a back wall but many people do it and love it. I think the best way to remove it would be to use a razor blade and scrape it but I would shut off all flow so you don’t lose any that will colonize somewhere you don’t want it to be. Maybe someone will chime in that has done it before.
I have a lot and have removed it only once.
Razor blade scrape and gentle pull will usually take care of it.
When it overgrew the little tank I had a rock chunk like you, growing on the glass, sand everywhere.
I just sort of pulled it apart. It grows in purple sheets.

Thank you! I will for sure make a build thread and probably drive everyone nuts with questions and pictures as I go along. I'm off to bed 4am comes extra early on Mondays... good night everyone.
We love questions and nuts!

I'm planning on doing a mixed reef but want to start out with only fish and corals and mushrooms that are considered easy as this will be my first SW tank. I know I want pulsating xenia and zoas. Clowns and then I'm still trying to decide what else I am going to try my best to stock with captive bred only.
What state are you in?
