I have had him for over 2 weeks and has looked great when I got him. All my fish are healthy so how would she get it?

Well as u can tell not great. Just stressed out about this fish.

I have had him for over 2 weeks and has looked great when I got him. All my fish are healthy so how would she get it?

Two things I don’t comment on is fish disease and equipment/tech, not in my wheelhouse. Your tang looks healthy I’m sure it is fine. If it turns out to be ich I’ll tell you the steps I took when ich hit my tank 5 months in without a qt tank. I still have all my fish, except one clown I had to replace with when the other clown turned into a psycho killer.
