Been trying to learn pressure and return pumps and gate valves and blah blah blah. It isn't nearly as cut and dry as fixing a toilet or a sink.

Little nuts, lots of food I dropped a few things on the floor but overall still alive and OK for an old cook.

Many many years ago I was a waitress at a Mexican Restaurant and my most embarrassing moment was when I had a table of about 15 people in a packed restaurant and I sat their huge tray of food on the tray holder thinking it was stable I picked up a plate of food and the entire tray flipped off into the floor... It was awful I almost cried but the people were so nice and several of my co-workers came running to help me clean up the mess while another went back to the kitchen to have the orders remade.

I can relate.
Usually people are nice about it but no matter what you never forget.
I did the same thing with a tray of cocktails when I was much younger.
Still remember the crash and the smell.
Hate those trays to this day.
