Sorry, I was setting up a new Betta tank. I bought the tank over the weekend (while Glamping in the Conestoga Wagon) and intended to put one of my female Bettas in there. Went to Petco and "accidentally" bought a Mustard Gas male Betta...

Also @Reef Devils don't worry too much about chasing a specific number for nitrates and phosphates, just look for a good range that your corals and fish are happy with and try to keep it consistent day to day. The main thing is to not let either bottom out. New rock and new sand can suck the phosphates out of the water so if you're seeing a steady drop and then it starts rising, rock and sand are probably finally equal with the water.

Alkalinity and pH are more important to keep steady all day.

It's a baby still so his colors are still coming in and he's washed out from the light and faded from the stress of moving in.

Here's his "hopefully" lady friend.

You’ll cut your tubing on the supply line and install one of the tees; the TDS In probe will go in that one. Make sure that the two prongs of the TDS probe are perpendicular to the supply line so the water flows between them to get the reading.

You’ll do the same process on the output side with the TDS Out probe.

The pressure gauge will need another tee on the supply line side; I’ve got mine between the water supply hookup and the TDS In probe but it shouldn’t matter if it’s opposite. You’ll need a short section of RODI tubing to connect the tee to the pressure gauge. Make sure to check it closely as I get small leaks from the pressure gauge connection; the TDS probes have been fine for me.

Yeah my corals have been happy with nitrate around 10 so I will get it back to there and phosphate around 0.07 and I will get that up. I remember when I had 0 for both and I lost a few corals.
