Ok question for the cooks/chefs here. What's your favorite but easy baked salmon recipe thar uses normal seasoning that you can find it most people's homes? I love salmon and good fats that come from things like fish and avocado is one of the things the doctor said I should eat more of.

I make a tin foil boat, place some olive or coconut oil in it, place the salmon on top of that, then some citrus seasoning (honey lime or similar), then put a teaspoon of raw honey on top. Cook for 2-3 minutes in the toaster over, flip, and 2-3 more minutes.

I prefer Copper River Salmon but any of the good, extra fat filets do well.

I can’t help you with that my wife and daughter don’t eat seafood and it’s not cooked in my house. My sons and I only eat it in restaurants. Maybe @00W will chime in, if I recall correctly I think he dabbles in cooking occasionally or maybe Tim’s daughter.

My daughter doesn't really cook seafood. She'll eat it on occasion but she only cooks what my wife will eat.
