God, I wish your restaurant was down the street!So we have 2 pork butts here.![]()
I usually use bone in,much tastier but all they had was boneless so we gotta go with it.
I'm going to add 2 quarts of Dr Pepper and put it in the oven on 200 for 12 hours.
I rubbed it in Montreal steak seasoning.
We'll look at it in the morning.
Don't know if I can still keep up with Luisbut I'm going to try....
