I would invest in some Cynarina & Indophyllia broodstock for a breeding project I hope to start in the near future. Second choice would be a red Long Tentacle Anemone.

2 years ago people said they would be $60 again . Still waitingIf you want a torch why not wait a year or 2 for when they are $60 again?
A LFS near me has some really nice ones recently at 40-60$, some alternating orange and green tentacles and some bright yellow ones as well. I need to find some lettuce nudibranch soon to clear off my rocks of bryopsis (I like to stay natural so I am staying away from fluconazole rn). My emerald crabs destroy it but only stay on the high flow side of my tank for some reason.I'm trying to figure out how many rock flower anemones that I could get for $1,000!!!

i wish they knew how many colonies of these corals came into wholesalers for cheap all the time lolPrice arent going down because people are willing to pay them at high price. Sadly to say.
I got a nice cotton candy torch for $30 a couple months ago, deals can be found but it is really hard, havent seen an aussie gold torch for lower than like $300 recently, pink haddoni carpet are now 1500+ as well. Hell a yellow tail damsel was like $15 dollars in a store recently, I remember when they literally cost $3 and you could buy groups for even cheaper2 years ago people said they would be $60 again . Because so many people in the hobby these days are basically addicts and they are willing to pay it.I just got back into the hobby. Why are they so expensive?

I’d get the most rainbow piece I could find of an Acantho, Trachy, or Indophyllia.
I happened to get a rainbow splice for 200. Super excited and the polyp extension is out of this world! If I could only spend it on one coral, I'd wait until the Rainbow splice was on sale somewhere and get a piece, and then pray that I didn't kill it.
