Friday night updated !

tank update

Work in progress ...

Today I’m finishing up some drywall work. Tank has been running full power with two dolphin 6250 non-stop for about a week. No leaks!

Up next on the list:

1. Finish plumbing equipment in the fish room.

2. Working on canopy and cabinets (wood work) April 1st

3. Bleaching 800lbs of rock (1 week)

4. Aquascape

5. Mount lights (10 gen 4 radions)

Last few days I’ve been making progress on plumbing. Yesterday I have finished connecting 100gal water changing tank and 75 gal refugium to the main system. Also connected skimmer. Everything been running smooth for 24 hours.

Few things left to do before draining fresh water, connect UV, calcium reactor and three other reactors. Minor plumbing job compare to last few days.

I took some shots of a fish room, looking back at them it gives me headache

This is some serious plumbing work !

No doubt! That must have taken some serious planning and effort. Well done.
Yes planning plumbing and actually going through with it was but far the hardest part of the setup. Lots of learning curves and soar hand bruises.

For the most part it’s done. Thought I still need to add UV and 4 more reactors.

Meanwhile I just finished bleaching dead rock about 600lbs of it. Next step is to dry it then give it another water bath or two until bleach smell is gone.
