The back will be painted black and it will have a 40 breeder against it which will house a Refugium I am going to have the sides open so I can see into the tank when I'm in my fish room

Got the live rock and sand in and all the old water I had. Making more rodi and salt water now and will be able to fill it tomorrow.

Thanks I hit a small issue with my sump. I was using a 100 gallon Rubbermaid container and it really doesn't fit well under my new stand. I would have to build a platform for it to sit on and that gives almost no room for my skimmer or me to get in there. got to think on this

Well a quick trip to the store and I got a 50 gallon heavy duty tote. Best part is it fits perfectly under my stand and gives me lots of extra space for the smaller quarantine sump

Got the 40 breeder and main tank up and running. The plumbing on the breeder is temporary but I wanted to see how the pump handled both tanks. I'm going to let it run for a while and check for any issues but so far it looks great.

Got my Apex temporary mounted so I could at least get my probes in the water to start measuring my parameters

Spent some time today organizing wires and power management today starting to look good

Installed AI sol led lights on custom hanging rig. Have to hook it up to my apex it's running off a old style AI controller[/IMG]

All painted going to get the trim hopefully today to finish the wall off

Added the frame and painted it. Really finishes off the tank

Next project is to build a qt system my only issue is I have almost no space for it.

First big water change 40 gallons tanks a little cloudy but it was easy just flipped to ball valves and the tank changed its own water
