Hey can anyone tell me what this is? Is it a bristle worm and is it OK to put back in my DT?

How big?

Well it's about 1.5 - 2" when stretched out but it was curled when I got it out

I would not worry about it. Depending on what you have in the tank it may end up dinner.

No problem guys. MC that is a rock anemone some times called a flower anemone. They are pretty cool. Spot feed it once a week. They can sting things too so give it some space. They stay small.

Yup bristle worm, that kind is good IMHO. Keep it it will help keep you tank clean. Eats food that fish don't get.

When you get yours going let me know if you ever want soft corals I'll figure a way to send some to you. I have so many that I frag them about once a month. And my local lfs trades with me.

Nope nothing new really. Got my old skimmer connected temporarily. Still trying to get the salinity up to 1.025, after adding the 40 gallons of the refugium the salinity dropped quite a bit. Gonna give the LFS a call today to see if my sand came in yet. That's it!!! I will keep you all posted as things are updated!

I used to trade with a few LFS too when I had my softy tank set up years ago. Also good to try and sell stuff or trade with local reefers. This tank is going to be an SPS dominant tank with a few LPS mixed in. No softies in this tank! Thanks for the offer though!
