But, thanks! Thanks for the warning, I know that it’s definitely a risk... hopefully he behaves but if not, we will cross that bridge when we get there.
I’ve been thinking about him probably needing a larger tank long-term anyway, maybe I’ll set up a FOWLR in my basement eventually![]()
Sure thing [emoji5] .... however i have to update my post with a sincere apology to you & all the wonderful Regals of the world. After double checking this coral eater was a Royal (or Emperor) Angelfish ! Again apologies & all the best with the tank & thanks for the great posting & info you've shared

Beautiful.
The tank is maturing nicely.
Still sticking to the same routine?

Those frozen nutrient will be happily received by the refugium and corals.
Specially if they were bottomed out already.
I am very much amazed by that copperband.
Such a beauty.
I am too, he’s quickly becoming one of my favorites. And as an added bonus, I do think he’s started working on the aiptasia as well... I’ve noticed my overflow is clean of all the smaller ones that I couldn’t reach, and he always has his nose in the nooks and crannies in the rock.
Now, I just have to figure out a way to get back there with the aiptasia-x to take out the big ones he won’t eat.
Great pics.![]()
One of these days I’ll get a proper camera...Always with the beautiful images. Love it.![]()
Of course, mr. Personality (Don’t mind the sandstorm... wrasses)
