120g Standard Mixed Reef

One last post, I’ll be away this weekend again so I won’t spam at least for a few days ;)

I'd love a CBB to eat my aiptasia but I'm afraid I'd have the same problem with one as I do with the filefish eating my zoas.....

I don’t have zoas, so can’t help there... but so far the only things this one has eaten are aiptasia and little pods/worms on the rocks.

Beautiful Regal.

It's great you were able to get a Copperband eating, out of QT and thriving in your DT. I hope to do the same, but Butterflies are so challenging.

My Matted Filefish left the Zoas alone but went after the Xenia frag I introduced. He left shortly after that (I needed to give the Xenia time to outpace the nipping since it was a frag). Interesting enough my Coral Beauty one day decided to take a bite out of the apple (zoas) and that was it. He then called his buddies over (scopus and lavender tangs) and they joined the party. I can't keep them anymore - they eat them like skittles sadly.

I tried 3 in the span of two years and none made it out of QT. This one came pre-quarantined by Humblefish, so was dropped right into the tank ;) No QT needed. Also, ate from my hand. It was definitely the most satisfying fish purchase I’d ever made.

He’s still doing great, he competes fine with the other fish for frozen food so I don’t hand feed him anymore, he’s pretty low-maintenance at this point.
