And one major set back. Spilled PVC glue on carpet so either I replace the carpet with hard wood or just cut the carpet and re seam that section ouch

The skimming effect of a toothless overflow it's night and day without teeth it has a greater pulling effect

Is it worth the danger of a lg turbo snail making it into one of the drain lines possibly clogging the line? I guess I'm assuming you have lg turbo snails.

I don't do turbo snails on my tanks but I'm installing gutter guard material on the overflow to keep the fish out of there also the Heriberto overflow is design so if one darn fails it has an emergency drain
