I recently lost my juvenile coral beauty that was in my nano. Right now the tank is corals and snails only. I've been over the different nano fish trying to figure out what I'd like to get after the fallow period and nothing is really standing out. Mostly, nothing that I think would be comfortable in such a small tank.

So, I'd like to consider a maybe a shrimp as a show piece. Not an ordinary cleaner, but something really cool, that's active, and will be happy in a 14g SPS dominant.

Watcha got?

What happened to your Coral Beauty? Unfortunate to hear it didn't make it. You had sold me on the Biota Coral Beauties.

Question for you - what light do you have on your 14 and are you happy with it?

Outbreak of velvet. Coral beauty was too small to fight it. All fish from the 75 are in QT now and doing well 4 days into copper. Well, except for my GDM, he can't be treated auth copper did I had him in a separate QT but he didn't like that and decided to take the great leap of faith. I found him behind the QT stand the next morning. Placed him back in the tank but it was already too late. This has really hit me hard, two favorite fish gone in a weeks time and the eel wasn't even effected.

Kessil A160WE, and yes I'm happy with it.

Top down view of my seriatopora. All the little spikes and the forked tip have grown since placed in the tank. It was just the main trunk and one branch when I put it in there.

Beautiful growth, thanks for the advice and the link.

Nano tank. I vote nano shrimp. Sexys, Pederson's, Nem Shrimp. Porcelain crabs. Pom Pom crabs.

@Saltyfilfolks I was thinking maybe a sexy shrimp and an Acropora crab. A harlequin shrimp would be awesome but I do not want to deal with feeding one.
You'll need a much larger colony for the crabs. My two are nearly 2 in across from claw to claw at feeding time. And its a crab, so I make sure they're well fed. Crabs cannot be trusted IMO.

Look at the Pederson's and other nem crabs. Quite small about an inch.

Crabs are evil but they are cool... I think I'm gong to get a sexy shrimp for now. Well, not right now but that's what I have in mind. Any suggestions that are compatible are still very welcome.

Go with a pom pom crab! I bought one recently and i love the little bugger. Its really awesome when he walks around the tank and does his little dance.
They'll punch fish trying to steal their food too.
