Beautiful tank! Last time I was in Norway I visited a fish store in Oslo and was blown away by how expensive fish were there. I saw a Clarion angel for $7,000! Insanity, I hope this hobby doesn't make you bankrupt in Norway.

Not to be an alarmist, but that green coral in the bottom photo looks like it's covered in bite marks. Have you inspected and dipped for AEFW? I would hate to see you deal with an infestation right after staring a tank.

Great Job with all of the details on the tank. I also love your convict tang too. Can u share some details on how you got that fish to thrive in your tank? There's not many that do in aquaria.

Thanks :)

I have really no details on how to keep it alive. but I feed him 5-6 times a day in which 5 of them are dry food and one with freeze food otherwise he eats also on living rock

So its time for some update :)

have today been shopping me some clean animals so today i got 1 sand turning starfish, 3 mexican snails and 5 turbo snails

I try to get past the remains of algae on rocks and sand.

I've also spent Saturday and organize the tank cabinet and taken tests of the aquarium and the result looks very good for eight weeks in a row

Have a small question to you guys that have a bit more experience than I have about death rock. has run the tank since May this year and I'm struggling still not controlled with algae on stone. is this because it's dead do it take a long time before it disappears or is there something I'm doing wrong?

Okei so today i found my camera and this time it was the corals that was in the highlight :) im not really good with ID so if some one see a coral that that they know the ID on please tell :)

Nice corals!

The days go by and more and more algae disappears and corals is getting better in color and i have a very good growth of corals this days.

This week Apex finally launched Pmup in Europa so i had to order one. so today i got it in my mail box and i hope this delivers what they're saying it going to. Now I hope soon FMM will be launched so I can have full control of ATO too: D

So a little update before Christmas.

I chose to rebuild a bit in the closet where my apex is. Here's how it looked and how it has become now. I lack a little light and get some more system in the cables.

I Wish you all a Merry Christmas from Norway and hope everyone gets a great celebration with great gifts and good food :)

So a little updating.

Unfortunately I did have some trouble with my Apex Dual Container so i got MG drop and the values fell enough that I lost 3 corals :( But today my new quarantine tank i custom made the same place as i made my Displey tank and I am again very impressed with the performance of work and price :)

The tank is 65 x 45 x 40 and is black on 3 of 4 sides and avoiding the fish become stressed, here's picture of how it arrived and when it was put in place :)

New update will come when everything is up and running :)

Looks nice!

Very nice thread, thanks for sharing your tank , corals and fish with us. Will be following :)

Very nice setup! I'm following along. Did you get the algae on the dead rock under control? Corals look great!

I must admit that it's the biggest problem I have in the tank at the moment and it is MUCH algae on the rock formation :( I hope this soon passes but have heard that it can go up to 1-2 years before pottery stone is retracted but I has good growth of corals and the colors start and come back

A new update of the day today :

I got a very good deal on a Orphek atlantik V3 that I could not say no to. I sense it's a bit small for my aquarium but I will get 1 to soon :)
