4-6 weeks if i dont see any problems and need to treat. A lot of the reason i QT is to let them acclimate and get used to eating before throwing them in DT.

So as it turns out i.missed some acro base growing on a rock and needless to say ive spotted redbugs on a few corals so back into QT with all acros exept millis. Pulled out some rocks to get rid of whats growing on the rocks so now i wont be reinfested.

Also got in new bulbs to replace old/dead ones. Got a ATI Blue + (was guiseman blue+) ATI Coral +( was KZ Fiji Purple)

Scaped changed slightly too

Thx man i like it too.

also my male anthias in QT just died he was fine last night then today breathin super fast. I also got some red gracilaria and it went white and was shredding duno why or if the two are related but the sixline in the sump seems fine.

Yea the anthias looked killer too. Not sure what hit him. Was eating frozen food just fine. Looked fine wasnt skinny couldnt see any signs of any parasites.:mad:

Heres some results of adding the new screen. Po4 down to 0.00 using hanna checker.

Old screen with new par38 led. Notice the circle in middle lol. Ive backed the bulbs up a bit to see if it prevents that.

Heres new unused screen after just 1 week if growth under 26w cfl each side with lowes 8" reflector.

You really don't want your phos that low. You need to feed heavier. Give those corals something to color up and grow.

Yup i shut off my gfo lol was only using 3/4 cup well see how it goes. I feed heavy as is i have a decent ammount of fish. And phos that low isnt as bad when removed by Algae because it gives time for corals to feed off the poo the fish are making before the algae slowly removes it all day. But i agree i dont want them that low
